Barry Holloway

Barry graduated with a BA(Hons) in Visual Communications in Graphic Design at KIAD Maidstone (now UCA) before a brief stint living in a warehouse in Birmingham with a strange bunch of individuals comprised of breakdancers, art students and Mario Kart experts.

Barry soon became entangled in the web and after a short stint as a copywriter reeling off some of the most atrocious puns in the history of man and learning all about SEO. Whilst in that role he picked up HTML and CSS skills and soon moved into a more technical role building templates for large e-commerce websites and smaller white label sites.

After spending some time building emails for huge e-marketing campaigns, Barry moved to Oak Creative, bringing his skills in both the technical and design side of web with him.

Three years on and he still loves working in the Oak studio, designing and building everything web based for a great variety of clients.

Outside of work Barry enjoys bending iron bars at the gym, socialising and, rather contradictorily, sitting on his Xbox for days on end.
