Airparks have a planned schedule of email campaigns that they send to past and potential customers all over the UK. Their email department use tracking to analyse how successful their emails are by looking at where the customer clicks on their emails and split testing different templates.

After meeting with the team at Airparks and seeing the emails they had recently produced, they asked Oak to come up with a template different from past ones, that utilised elements of email template design that they had found to be successful in the past.
