Brief:

Walker Group required a complete restyle to their existing range of websites, starting with their main site - Walker Construction. Our client wanted all of their sites to have a few elements that were consistent to bring together the Walker brand, yet at the same time each sub-sector needed it's own style and design.

The Walker Construction site needed to be an introduction to Walker and the work they do, as well as act as a hub for access to all the other Walker sites. Walker also required that elements of their site could be editable, so a content management system would be required.

Overview:

To bring all Walker brands together, increase usability of their sites and give all the Walker sites a modern look and feel.

Walker Construction is one of the biggest web projects we've taken on - approximately ten websites starting with Walker Construction needed redesigning.

Our relationship with the client was important, as was ensuring we got everything we needed from Walker each time we were briefed. The briefs, whether at our studios in Newingreen or at Walker were vital in understanding what was required from each website build.

Post-brief communications were also very important, with designs and content flying both ways via email and telephone discussions.
